Something's Wrong¶
Overview¶
Find the answer by what you see, not by which system it is in. Each entry below is written as the sentence you would say out loud, then points to the page that fixes it.
Start by reloading the screen. Most "problems" are a view that has not caught up, and reloading is free. If the problem is still there, look it up below.

Notes¶
- Never repeat a write because the screen did not confirm. Reload first. A repeated save creates a second record; a repeated send sends twice.
- Write down what you saw before you change anything — the message, the screen, the reference. You will need it if you escalate.
- If two people can hit the same problem, it is a real gap. Tell us so we can add it here.
