Daily Work Overview¶
Purpose¶
Work here is order-first: start with the commercial agreement, add the shipment or receiving details, connect stock when needed, and finish with the document or trade review that belongs to the work.
Before you start¶
- You have the right account for this screen (see Permissions and Access).
- The date and record you are working on are correct.
- Words you do not know are in the Glossary.
Access¶
No single screen. It spans the whole workspace.

Fields¶
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Work type | Which path you are on |
| Start / continue / finish | The three screens that own one job |
Status¶
There is no status on this page.
A job is finished when the record that owns each step agrees — not when the path is complete on paper. See What Must Be True Before You Finish.
Notes¶
- Work moves in one direction. Each step hands something to the next role. If you find yourself editing a record you do not own, you are probably on the wrong screen — check the table above.
- The schedule and the yard map are views over the inbound and outbound records. Correct a discrepancy on the record that owns it.
- Doortrade fields and documents depend on that customer's process. Do not add scale steps by default.
