1. Objective¶
Correct two high-risk reconstruction paths that still described Loader Assign Work / Clock Out as a single unimplemented future ASSIGNMENT_DATA capability, while preserving their full original content as historical design evidence.

2. Historical Preservation¶
The original blobs were preserved without rewriting:

- read-only DB preflight;
- execution-grade evidence worksheet;
- current operator and Wiki addenda;
- preserved historical detailed packet.
