High-Risk Packet Source Drift — Integration Correction — 2026-08-08

1. Correction

The broad drift review correctly required targeted reinspection after multiple operational and platform changes. Targeted comparison now supports a more precise classification.

Core provider adapters:
NO MATERIAL DRIFT LOCATED

Current business caller surface:
EXPANDED / REFRESHED

Tenant provider credential management:
NEW CURRENT SOURCE

Current environment, provider, role and service evidence:
REQUIRED

The Integration packet does not need to be discarded or rewritten from zero.

2. Unchanged Core Owners

Byte-identical provider owners:

  • QuickBooks Online client;
  • QuickBooks Time sync helper;
  • Gmail sender;
  • Telegram sender;
  • File storage helper;
  • AI Voice helper;
  • Gmail Appointment Watch service.

The existing source authority remains valid for their adapter semantics.

3. Current Additions And Expansions

The current packet requires addenda for:

  • managed provider credential reveal/replacement;
  • Work Assignment Telegram caller;
  • Loader Staff Time → QuickBooks Time after-commit caller;
  • Inventory Report Gmail caller;
  • Booking Inquiry Gmail caller;
  • APMT appointment preflight/slot/create caller;
  • current callback/webhook/service/outbox inventory;
  • current role/config/environment evidence;
  • updated evidence and recovery packages.

4. Correct Current Classification

Previous broad classification:
SOURCE DRIFT / TARGETED CURRENT REVIEW REQUIRED

Current classification:
CORE ADAPTER SOURCE-RECONCILED
+ CALLER/EFFECT MATRIX REFRESHED
+ CREDENTIAL SOURCE AUTHORITY ADDED
+ ENVIRONMENT/PROVIDER/ROLE/SERVICE EVIDENCE REQUIRED

This correction does not establish M3/M4 readiness and does not authorize provider execution, credential operation, generic queue implementation or Phase activation.
