1. Purpose

The original evidence register names four separate packages:

RBR-BILL-001
RBR-QBO-001
RBR-FILE-001
RBR-MAIL-001

The current read-only preflight combines their local evidence inventory because the same environment, tenant, transaction, Booking, Transload and file identities are required to distinguish one partial result from another.

This index preserves the independent business owners while giving a later evidence session one safe reading order.

7. Shared Execution Order

A later authorized evidence session should proceed in this order:

1. Environment, source, config and DB identity
2. Schema and index inventory
3. Local transaction/header/line state
4. Local QBO state and conflict candidates
5. File metadata/link state
6. BOL/Packing local readiness
7. Named-role GET-only access evidence
8. Current Wiki inventory
9. Separately authorized provider/object reads
10. Final per-package classification

Do not begin with provider searches before identifying the exact local business group.

8. Shared Stop Conditions

Stop without repair when:

  • another tenant appears;
  • current schema differs materially from the query contract;
  • active duplicate AR candidates exist;
  • QBO state can represent provider-created/local-missing;
  • a file path has multiple active owners and deletion is contemplated;
  • local mail evidence cannot distinguish sent from unsent;
  • the intended role cannot access required read surfaces;
  • a denied role can reach a consequential action;
  • current Wiki recommends blind retry or recreate.
