Document Path Consumer And Retirement Inventory — 2026-08-08

1. Purpose

Several Loader documents now act as compatibility redirects or historical evidence rather than current authority. Renaming or deleting them without a consumer inventory would break repository navigation and potentially external operating bookmarks.

This inventory records:

old path
current classification
current successor
repository consumers located at the review ref
unknown external consumers
retirement prerequisites

It does not delete, rename or rewrite any path.

2. Retirement Rule

A compatibility or historical path can be retired only after:

successor is accepted
+ all repository consumers are migrated
+ current Wiki content is checked for links
+ external bookmark/training consumers are investigated
+ old path has caller-zero
+ Git history preserves the original evidence
+ rollback/navigation impact is accepted

Repository search proving zero internal references is necessary but insufficient because it cannot discover:

  • copied local prompts;
  • operator bookmarks;
  • external tickets/messages;
  • downloaded documentation;
  • browser history;
  • Wiki Markdown links in an unread environment;
  • another repository's links.

3. Loader Source-Authority Redirect

6. External training/bookmark owner confirms no dependency.
7. Redirect paths reach repository and external caller-zero.
8. Retirement decision is recorded separately.
