Historical Decision

The approved UX direction remained fixed and the program placed Foundation before Booking expansion.

Broad Process reconstruction remained deferred and Booking-specific decisions were resolved in the Booking slice.

Why Superseded

The initial Foundation implementation produced useful runtime and Booking List capability, but code review identified that core/application/infrastructure, Web/UI plugin, observability, performance and security boundaries were not yet sufficiently separated or accepted for further feature expansion.

Decision 0010 retains the Foundation-first principle and replaces the execution order with:

Booking List review/release/baseline
-> Foundation Excellence NS1-007..014
-> Booking completion NS1-015..017
-> MK Operating System
