  • 164 of 167 exact repository paths exist at the observed qa revision.
  • The three intentional non-local entries are the old CTC-001.md~CTC-010.md family and two external: DOCX references. They are inventory evidence, not missing tracked files.
  • The four collection rows expand to 70 tracked evidence files: EVO-T01 36, EVO-T03 6, CTC-PERF 22, and CTC-DOCS-R1 6.

Between the Cloud revision and observed qa, 20 reset-alignment documents/rules changed and P1-002/P1-003 were added. Their changes do not invalidate the P1-001 dispositions: the changed authority surfaces remain REWRITE/TEMPORARY, and the Phase Task files are transition evidence with status ownership deferred to P1-010.

Consumer Closure

  • The four evidence collections have inbound history, plan, register, and/or script references; none is promoted to a current product fact.
  • php scripts/verify_operations_manual_sources.php --client-id=1 passed: 14 pages, 20 sources.
  • php scripts/verify_operations_manual_sources.php --client-id=2 passed: 18 pages, 31 sources.
  • node scripts/docs/check-all.mjs remains failed by the known P1-004 finding: the reset parser mistakes its execution-summary table for duplicate Task registry rows.

No document was moved, deleted, or treated as current solely because it appears in a legacy evidence collection.
