1. Why A Separate Process Is Required¶
The source shows independent process characteristics:
- separate trigger after physical completion;
- separate persisted
PENDING/CONFIRMEDstate; - separate queue and commands;
- separate readiness rules;
- separate correction path through Reopen;
- a review completion that does not mutate source-lot balance;
- dependency on, but no ownership of, Bale Inventory Adjustment.
Therefore Final Loading Review is not merely a UI section or an adjustment mode.
