CTC Legacy Program Roadmap

Decision

The root transformation program existed to understand the Legacy system and prepare a replacement. The user selected a greenfield successor and stopped every remaining root P1-P12 Task.

P1-P12 Task activation
= NONE

= FROZEN HISTORICAL / RECONSTRUCTION INPUT

new Product/architecture/development/Task work
= new-system/docs/** and NS Tasks

Legacy operational fixes
= explicit named current problem only

No old Task file, Work Graph profile, P12 package, prior ACTIVATED label, source implementation, or commit reactivates root Phase work.

Retained Use

Root source and documents remain for:

  • current Legacy operation;
  • incident/defect correction;
  • current Runtime facts;
  • business reconstruction;
  • current schema/caller/integration evidence;
  • fallback and transition;
  • caller-zero and retirement proof.
