2. KJDatabase Diagnostic Contract

KJDatabase may record bounded diagnostic metadata such as:

  • request/route/type/action context;
  • statement fingerprint/family;
  • affected table;
  • insert ID;
  • affected rows;
  • touched tables;
  • transaction commit/rollback indicator;
  • timing and error metadata.

It is not the general immutable before/after business-row snapshot authority.

To determine business result:

request diagnostic
-> authoritative business row reread
-> transition/domain/provider evidence
-> committed/missing/partial/unknown classification

3. Transition Audit Contract

The store is reference-only and append-oriented. It does not accept unrestricted payload copies.

A transition envelope identifies:

  • request/process/correlation/causation;
  • Process contract and transition;
  • before/after references;
  • result/failure/recovery/effect boundary;
  • reason/approval references;
  • typed evidence references;
  • retention/legal-hold metadata.

Do not repair business state by editing audit/diagnostic rows.

It requires current schema, writer, row, retention, redaction, and correlation evidence. This rule does not authorize execution.

10. Precedence

Where older Architecture/Schema shorthand conflicts with this file, this current correction controls interpretation until the older wording is safely updated.

11. Maintenance

Update when diagnostic capture, transition schema, writer set, evidence types, result/effect boundary, retention, or support correlation changes.
