| Tenant Context | Effective tenant, actor/subject, provenance and correlation for a request/job/effect. |
| Operating Profile | Versioned composition preset such as ctc-execution or mk-order; not authorization. |
| Capability | Named semantic ability, not inferred from customer ID. |
| Typed Policy | Bounded enum/value selecting behavior. |
| Persisted Record Fact | Historical truth stored with the record and not recomputed from current profile. |
| Party | Reusable organization/person reference; current principal source is usually T_COMPANY. |
| Material | Commodity/grade identity; current principal source is usually T_COMMODITY. |
| UOM | Unit of measure with approved dimension, precision and conversion. |
| Location | General reference; Port, Terminal, Warehouse, Yard and Dock retain process-specific authority. |
| Commercial Agreement | Purchase/Sales intent and accepted terms in T_COMMERCIAL_ORDER and lines. |
| Execution Order | Current Purchase/Sales execution record in T_LOAD. |
| Service Request | Target candidate for CTC service intent; one universal current record is not proven. |
| Appointment | Scheduled operational intent; current page mainly operates T_TRANSLOAD. |
| Ocean Booking | Carrier commitment, schedule, cutoffs, ports/terminals and equipment intent. |
| Fulfillment | Physical request/lines/source bridge independent from Commercial and Booking state. |
| Transload Plan | Planned physical work. |
| Assignment | Explicit actor/work association independent from plan and execution state. |
| Execution Evidence | Loader/Office-confirmed actual work and correction lineage. |
| Weigh Session | Grouping of readings used to produce an accepted ticket. |
| Scale Ticket | Accepted gross/tare/weight evidence with provenance. |
| Inventory Lot | Physical quantity/weight, identity, owner/custodian, location and remaining balance. |
| Inventory Cost Layer | Purchase/freight/handling/valuation evidence separate from lot identity. |
| Placement | Current inventory or equipment location fact, not a display string alone. |
| Allocation | Accepted source-lot quantity/weight relation to outbound demand. |
| Shipment | Movement purpose containing one or more Transport Legs. |
| Transport Leg | Internal, external-carrier or customer-owned movement segment. |
| Internal Dispatch | Driver/vehicle assignment and detailed execution for an internal Transport Leg. |

| Chassis Assignment | Chassis association/lifecycle fact independent from shipment delivery. |
| Port Return | Accepted return evidence; not implied solely by delivery completion. |
| Settlement | Service-charge or buy/sell financial evidence derived from authoritative facts. |
| Document | Generated/revised/voided business artifact with its own lifecycle. |
| Read Model | UI/search/timeline projection; never mutation authority. |
