Process Documentation

  • Reconstruction standard: PROCESS_RECONSTRUCTION_STANDARD.md
  • Structured Process catalog: catalog/processes
  • Recorded capability/evidence: PRODUCT_REALITY.md
  • Current work: the Task document and git history
  • System specification entry: Development specifications

This directory owns human-readable Process contracts and source-reconciled narrative evidence: triggers, actors, records, states, commands, queries, effects, exceptions, correction and readback. The catalog owns the stable IDs and relations, and the matching Task document and git history own the scope, state and evidence of the current work. Pages, endpoints, tables, functions and prototypes are evidence or adapters, not Process identities.

File Index

File Read when / responsibility Maintenance and authority boundary
README.md choose a Process document or source family navigation only; update on file/role changes
PROCESS_RECONSTRUCTION_STANDARD.md reconstruct business meaning, separate evidence from policy, select initial discovery coverage method owner updates the procedure; §11 preserves candidate coverage without old progress status
BOOKING_REQUIREMENTS.md inspect Booking's detailed requirements and Client scope domain/specification owner; retain its metadata and unresolved decisions
OCEAN_BOOKING_SOURCE_RECONCILED.md compare C1 Legacy, C2 reference and native source behavior source reconciliation owner updates named evidence; source review is not runtime acceptance
BOOKING_STAGE_A_SOURCE_AND_DECISION_PACKET.md explain initial Golden Slice proposals and the first Legacy-adapter implementation historical migration input; not current native design, menu binding or live Task status

For current Booking work, use requirements plus the relevant reconciliation section, then its linked native module, page contract, focused regression and User Manual. Read each source's actual revision and unresolved decisions; do not copy the old candidate's blanket target-blocked status onto later work. The candidate intent is consolidated into the Stage A record; the initial family/scenario checklist is in the reconstruction standard. Neither needs a second live inventory.

Other source-backed business records and dated reconstruction inputs are indexed file by file in reconstruction/README.md. Historical source headers do not establish current approval. Keep C1 Legacy and C2 reference/native bases distinct and use current contracts for intended behavior. This index changes no business policy, acceptance result or manual publication.
